I incorporate a lot of carries and walk variations in at the end of our training sessions. This particular finisher was 4 rounds of the “Banded Seal Walks” down and back (it’s about 17 yards each direction) followed immediately by a single arm “bottoms up” kettlebell carry.

Depending on what we do that session, I will tweak the finishing movements a bit…carry variations have been a staple now…single arm, bilateral, suitcase, rack position, overhead, heavy ball, trap bar…playing around with a bunch of them right now.
