Since Instagram is so popular right now, I decided to put together a 22-day series of quick educational posts.
For the next 22 days I will post a quick video or photo that will cover various topics; from fitness to nutrition to living a healthy lifestyle.
The goal is to share some fitness and wellness information that will help you with your health-related goals.
DAY 10 OF 22
Today’s post is about Level Changes.
This is a general term for moving your body from a lower to a higher position. The most popular example is a squat. Many level change movements are great for developing lower body strength, power, and endurance.
These are a MUST in your programming if you want to get the best results possible.
Here are a couple examples:
1. Step up
2. Squat variations
3. Lunge variations
5. Box jumps
