I love training outdoors. This quick clip highlights a few of my favorite movements…I’ve still got a lot of work to do on a number of these exercises.

This clip shows a few moves in my last outdoor session.

My current training routine includes 6 total sessions a week.

  • 2 gym sessions where I’m focused on my lower body strength
    (1 day of deadlifts and 1 day of squats)
  • 2 outdoor sessions at a local park or beach
    Gymnastic-based, bodyweight movements and drills
  • 2 sprints sessions
    (1 day of hill work and 1 day of flat, sprint work)
