I love movements that challenge the midsection for the standing position. Enough with the crunching and the spinal flexion that I see everyday! Why reinforce poor posture?! The TRX is a great tool that will work the abs and entire midsection in a safe manner. This 3-movement “ab blast” includes the rollout (or Superman) exercise, the hip drop, and torso rotations. If you are performing these exercises in a circuit, I like to use a 30 seconds per exercise with 1 minute rest formula. The hip drop exercise would be 30 seconds per side.
