Here are three clips that I posted this past week. One shows some clips of MMA athletes using various Stroops equipment, one highlights some of the topics we will cover in my upcoming workshop (February 25), and the last one shows a popular 5-station metabolic conditioning circuit I use with the guys.
1. Stroops Equipment Clip

2. Strength & Conditioning Workshop for the Combat Sports Athlete
Where: Alliance Training Center
When: February 25 11-3
This workshop will cover all aspects of a complete strength & conditioning program for MMA athletes. We will discuss all the phases involved and then experience the movements during the practical component of the event. Come learn, sweat, and have fun!
3. Five-Station Metabolic Conditioning Session
1. Incline Treadmill (lower)
2. Sledge Hammer (upper)
3. Med Ball Sprawls (full)
4. Tire Push (lower)
5. Rower (upper/full)
*60 seconds at each station. Rest 60 seconds. Repeat for 3-5 rounds
